If your alarm is triggered while you are in “Away” or “Stay” mode, the MyPlace Pro Monitoring Center will be notified at once.
A professional monitoring agent will call your 1st Call Contact and engage with authorities. If the first contact does not answer, the agent will call the second contact. If they do not answer, the agent will call the third contact. If no one answers the phone, the agent will dispatch the police.
If the professional monitoring agent connects with the first, second or third contact, they will verify account information and the verbal password you entered in the app. If the information is wrong or no password is given, the agent will dispatch the police.
