If your alarm is triggered while you are in “Away” or “Stay” mode, the MyPlace Pro Monitoring center will be notified immediately.
While engaging your local authorities, a professional monitoring agent will call your 1st Call Contact. Note: The app will automatically assign you as the first point of contact.
If you do not answer, the professional monitoring agent will then call the 2nd contact. If the second contact does not answer, the 3rd contact will be called. If no one answers the phone, the police will be dispatched.
If the professional monitoring agent connects with the 1st, 2nd or 3rd caller, they will verify account information and your verbal password that you’ve entered into the app. If the information is wrong or no code is given, the operator will dispatch police
