If you have an issue with your MyPlace account, please fill out the Report Problem form and explain your issue. In the app, select the Menu icon (top left) > Settings > Report Problem.
You can also request online support from the Help Center. Go to https://myplacehelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and select “Submit a Request.”
